Apprenticeships can help identify new talent, particularly in tight labor markets and during periods of low unemployment. New Jersey businesses can train new workers with support from the following programs:

• Successful Growing Apprenticeship In Nontraditional Sectors (GAINS) applicants can receive up to $12,000 in wage reimbursement funds per individual apprentice. 
• Competitive proposals for Pre-Apprenticeship in Career Education (PACE) grants can receive as much as $12,000 per trainee.

Prospective PACE applicants are strongly encouraged to register for either of two technical workshops that will be held online. Register for November 21st, 2023 or register for November 30th, 2023.
