Eligibility Criteria

• A bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited school
• At least 150 credit hours (24 semester credits in accounting courses and 24 semester credits in business courses)
• 1 year of full-time public accounting experience under the supervision of an active CPA
• A passing score on the Uniform CPA Exam

• CPA Statement of Experience detailing your required one year of experience working under the supervision of an active CPA
• Criminal background check
• Applicable fees paid

Once completed, you will have:

• A CPA license number

• A designated Resident Manager-In-Charge. This must be a certified public accountant in the firm
• Applicable fees paid

Once completed, you will have:

• A certificate with a license number indicating your firm has been successfully registered

• Be at least 21 years old
• Have a bachelor's degree from an acupuncture program

Application Requirements

• College transcripts sent directly to the board
• Passing scores on the English version of the NCCAOM examination
• Passing scores on the Board-administered Acupuncture Safety and Jurisprudence examination in English
• Applicable fees paid

Once completed, you will have:

• An acupuncturist license number
