• Employers can receive up to 50% wage subsidy for up to 6 months (with cap of $10,000 per employee and total cap of $40,000 across all employees)
• Employees will receive $500 incentive for re-entering the workforce and receiving training from businesses with 100 or fewer employees

Sales tax exemption for the purchase of electricity and natural gas for use at the manufacturing facility.

Ability to purchase machinery, equipment, furniture, fixtures, and building materials without New Jersey sales tax.

Each program provides grants to cover 75% of eligible project costs, with a cap of up to $500,000 per business, per program with two tiers of incentive caps.

• Tier 1 provides $500,000 per entity combined HVAC and Plumbing & Appliances Programs if the business is in a municipality with less than 50,000 residents
• Tier 2 provides $500,000 per entity per HVAC and per Plumbing & Appliance Programs if the business is in a municipality with more than 50,000 residents

Businesses receive financing up to $500,000.

Grants are equal to 50% of eligible total project costs up to $50,000.

Two grant awards of 20% of the annual lease payment.

The tax credit ranges from $2,400 to up to $9,600 per employee hired.
