Eligibility
Any small New Jersey business with the following can apply:
- 100 or fewer employees
- A gross revenue below $12M
- A Minority or Women-owned Business Enterprise Certification
Benefits
Each program provides grants to cover 75% of eligible project costs, with a cap of up to $500,000 per business, per program with two tiers of incentive caps.
- Tier 1 provides $500,000 per entity combined HVAC and Plumbing & Appliances Programs if the business is in a municipality with less than 50,000 residents
- Tier 2 provides $500,000 per entity per HVAC and per Plumbing & Appliance Programs if the business is in a municipality with more than 50,000 residents
